Cancellation Policy
Please call the studio at 601-516-2187 to reschedule or cancel if you can not make your appointment. Our booking fee policy ensures that your appointment is reserved and confirmed. A booking fee of $50 is required at the time of booking, or if the service cost is less than $50, the full amount must be paid upfront. This fee is non-refundable but can be transferred up to two times if you notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. However, after the second transfer, the booking fee is forfeited, and a new booking fee must be paid to schedule another
appointment. After three cancellations/transfers, it's at the discretion of the technician whether to retain you as a client. This policy helps us maintain our schedule and accommodate all our clients efficiently. We do not allow children to come to any appointments unless they are having a service done. You will forfeit your booking fee and be asked to reschedule your appointment if you have children with you. This is to ensure everyone’s safety and for PuraVita to provide the most relaxing environment for our clients.
