Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY AND NO KIDS POLICY
Clients must call the studio at 601-516-2187 at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice will result in a loss of your deposit. Clients are allowed to move their booking fee twice before it results in a loss of the deposit and a new one will be required. In addition to our cancelation policy we have a strict no kid policy for any child unless they have an appointment. If you do show up with your child we will have to reschedule your appointment and you will have to pay a new booking fee. If you book an appointment for yourself that is over a thirty minute service and you also book your child a haircut, tinsel, etc. you must have arrangements for someone to pick them up before your appointment begins. They are not allowed to stay the duration of your appointment. These policies are set in place to ensure the safety of your child, and also to maintain a relaxing and stress free environment for all other clients receiving spa services.
NO-SHOW POLICY
For same-day bookings, our system does not allow for a deposit to be charged. If you cancel or fail to show up for your same-day appointment, you will be charged 50% of the total service cost. This ensures our team’s time is respected and available for others.
